Delivery and returns
We deliver to France, the European Union and the United Kingdom. Free delivery from €40 in France, €50 in the European Union and €60 in the United Kingdom.

Orders to the United Kingdom are invoiced excluding VAT; import duties and taxes may apply on delivery. Other countries are not served yet.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, without giving a reason.
- Let us know by email at contact@beauty-perfume.com, or by post to BEAUTY PERFUME PARIS, Service Clients, 128 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris, France.
- Then send the products back within 14 days to the same address, well protected. Return costs are at your expense.
- For hygiene reasons, a perfume delivered sealed whose seal has been removed cannot be taken back. Opening the outer packaging alone does not remove your right of withdrawal.

Damaged or incomplete parcel
Check your parcel on delivery. If it is damaged or incomplete, note your reservations with the carrier, then contact us at contact@beauty-perfume.com with photos of the parcel and products within 3 days of receipt (10 days if the carrier did not let you check the parcel). We will then offer a replacement or a refund.
